As the creator and GTM lead for iCashRewards (2019–2021), Min launched and scaled a blockchain-enabled social eCommerce and rewards platform, growing it to 100+ global brand partners including Microsoft, GoDaddy, Adidas, Booking.com, WIX, Shopify, Indigo, Groupon, Canva, FOREO, illy, Shopper sand Xiaomi partners and guiding it through a successful licensing transaction with a public company.

iCashRewards defined one of Canada’s earliest bridges between traditional eCommerce loyalty systems and Web3 technology.

She holds an MBA, plus Executive China CEO Finance Program from Columbia Business School, 香港长江商学院,Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business,and London Business School.

She served as a Director of the Rotary Club of Vancouver (2019–2021) and was a Committee Member for Arts Umbrella’s SPLASH 2018, contributing to fundraising, social impact initiatives, youth programs, and community-building efforts across Vancouver.
