Min Kuang is a strategic fintech and digital assets leader with 20+ years of experience in blockchain infrastructure, payments innovation, MSB operations, and global business development. She specializes in practical Web3 adoption, cross-border expansion, and integrating next-generation digital technologies into real-world financial systems.

Early Blockchain Pioneer in Canada

Min founded TSA Bitcoin Shop, one of Canada’s first in-person Bitcoin education and wallet-onboarding centers. Her work integrated Bitcoin ATMs, crypto payment tools, Web3 education programs, and AI-enhanced retail technologies—making digital assets accessible, safe, and beginner-friendly.

From 2018–2025, she organized 50+ blockchain events across Vancouver,  Toronto, New York, and global online audiences, including three major conferences co-hosted with Draper University and Miller Thomson LLP.

iCashRewards 

​

As the creator and GTM lead for iCashRewards (2019–2021), Min launched and scaled a blockchain-enabled social eCommerce and rewards platform, growing it to 100+ global brand partners including Microsoft, GoDaddy, Adidas, Booking.com, WIX, Shopify, Indigo, Groupon, Canva, FOREO, illy, Shopper sand Xiaomi partners and guiding it through a successful licensing transaction with a public company.

iCashRewards defined one of Canada’s earliest bridges between traditional eCommerce loyalty systems and Web3 technology.

Min has led initiatives across public markets, restructuring, investor relations, capital markets, and M&A. She collaborates closely with founders, boards, regulators, and global partners.

She holds an MBA, plus executive training from London Business School and Columbia Business School.

​Beyond the Web3 and fintech ecosystem, Min is committed to community and philanthropic work. She served as a Director of the Rotary Club of Vancouver (2019–2021) and was a Committee Member for Arts Umbrella’s SPLASH 2018, contributing to fundraising, social impact initiatives, youth programs, and community-building efforts across Vancouver.
