Min Kuang is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in business development, specializing in Blockchain, DeFi, and NFTs. She has successfully bridged Chinese and Western markets, supported by an MBA and Global Leadership training from prestigious institutions like London Business School and Columbia Business School. Min founded TSA Bitcoin Shop, an educational hub for Bitcoin and Layer 2 applications, and has hosted 17 Bitcoin meetups and three major Blockchain Impact events in Vancouver, Toronto, and New York.

Currently, she is developing the TSA blockchain impact and the iCashRewards Web3 ecosystem. She plans to organize a Bitcoin event in El Salvador with keynote speakers President Nayib Bukele and Argentina President Javier Milei. Min's expertise includes AI consumer technologies, VR, digital assets, strategic planning, marketing, M&A, corporate development, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy. She also founded TSXV listed Capital Investment Corp, Urban Select, and served on the boards of the Vancouver Rotary Club in 2021 and the Arts Umbrella “SPLASH” Committee in 2018.
